Art purchases can be made by contacting Orla at orlacookart@gmail.com with the name of the piece/s you would like to purchase and your delivery details. You will then receive a link via email to complete a secure online payment.

Processing Time

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via Australia Post between 1-3 business days from the date payments are received.

Shipping Options

Artworks are shipped fully insured and with tracking numbers.

Australian customers: FREE Domestic Standard Shipping is available within Australia, with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $12.50. Please advise in your email if you would like Express Shipping.

International customers: Due to the wide range of delivery prices worldwide, please note that all international shipping is calculated on an individual basis. This creates customised shipping costs specific to your location, making sure you're not overcharged for delivery!

Customs + Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply to their order. The artist is not responsible for any delays due to customs processes.

Eco-Conscious Packaging

In an effort to reduce the impact of shipping on the environment, please be aware that packaging may include recycled or upcycled boxes and packaging material.

General Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, and any return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please reuse the original packaging where possible.

If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued upon reciept of returned goods.

Damage in Transit

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, please get in touch within 2 days of reciept. Damage refunds/reimbursements are assessed on a case by case basis, with photographic evidence a requirement.

A full refund will be provided in the case of a total loss of the piece, or a partial refund/reimbursement to cover repairable damage costs (e.g. reframing).

Custom Orders

Because of the wonderfully personalised nature of custom pieces, they cannot be returned.
